I loved everything! The room, the views, the food, the staff, the caves, the spa! The Maitre d of The Hibiscus restaurant, Ms, Veronica, was so sweet. She took excellent care of me. The entire staff was nice but David and Ms. Veronica were exceptional. I had a spa in the cave! I loved it. I will forever remember the experience. It was amazing!

Room and view --fabulous Dolphin Quest Trainer for a Day was life altering and amazing. Hartley's Helmet Dive fantastic -- easy once you got in; not scary at all Millionaire Homes and Hideaways -- Very informative and a wonderful trip. You should consider adding a cooking night at the hotel -- cooking local foods and eating them.

We've stayed at Grotto Bay in the past. It's got a great location only about 5 minutes from the airport. No, surprisingly this is not a problem with take-off landing noise, in fact one would handly be aware it's that close. The resort is good vlue for Bermuda and the all-in-clusive option is good if you stay 3 days or more. Attreacts a very diverse, casual crord.

The location was great. Bus stops to Hamilton and St George’s at the entrance to property. Unbelievable Spa experience in caves. Always able to get shade at beach and pool. Food was decent. Short walk to Swizzle Inn. 5 minute cab to and from airport. Very attentive staff.

The location is great and the property is beautiful. We loved the cats, hens, roosters and chicks. The beach, cave and several bars and restaurants right on the property completed the experience. The staff was exceptional.

The daily buffet breakfast was a highlight for my kids! The staff knew us all by name and the property was safe and kid friendly, we felt comfortable letting the kids explore outside without constant supervision.

We really liked Jeff and Estaban, two waiters. They were very friendly, as were most. The cleaning staff that cleaned our room did a very good job restocking our toiletrees, kleenex, toilet paper, and towels. Our room was cleaned early which was very convenient. The towel/pool attendant was super friendly and kept the pool area neat. The food was very good. The drinks were better at the main building than at the pool. We especially liked that they put us in a room that was ready as soon as we arrived.
